Hottest Neighborhoods
North Vancouver is seeing growth all over. In particular, we are seeing wonderful new communities being built around Moodyville, Lonsdale, and Seylynn. What stands out about these neighborhoods, is a community focused approach with orienting the newly built condos around shopping, cafes, breweries, recreation and live/work to create very welcoming, and efficient places to live. Townhomes and condos are both very popular in North Vancouver, however smaller 1 bed condos are more popular in very central locations like Lonsdale, whereas more residential focused areas like Moodyville tend to draw 2 bedroom+ and townhome demand.
