A master-planned, complete community straddling the College Park and Seaview neighbourhoods in the ‘City of the Arts’, Woodland Park will provide over 2,066 homes to be built over the next 15-20 years. 

The precedent setting project will feature approximately 325 non-market homes to be provided by BC Housing, in addition to 151 secured market rental and 1,590 strata homes, all with diverse options for families.
